Presentation Reflection

As part of the preparation for the presentation, I verbally practised what I wanted to say with and without notes. This is a technique that I used in Level 4 and found that it reduced my anxiety when presenting the presentation in front of peers and that I said all that I wanted. Again, this proved to be a good method of practising and I felt that the presentation went well. Although I spoke quicker than practiced, I ensured that everything that I had planned was spoken in a clear and concise way with only looking back at my presentation notes for reassurance and a pause.
